Hospitality Pathways’ mission is to empower individuals with the essential job skills required for sustainable employment, livable wages, and career growth within the cannabis industry, regardless of their zip code. We are committed to serving populations that typically lack access to high-level training, particularly in the emerging cannabis sector in New York State. By merging hospitality training with comprehensive cannabis education, we aim to create experts who can effectively communicate cannabis science to new guests. Our goal is to ensure businesses have knowledgeable staff capable of connecting guests with the right products, fostering positive customer experiences, and building lasting customer loyalty.
