OUR Mission

Hospitality Pathways’ mission is to assist members of marginalized communities in gaining in-demand job skills that lead to sustainable employment, livable wages, and future growth opportunities, within the cannabis, restaurant, and hotel industries.

For students from disenfranchised populations with a strong desire to develop soft skills and niche expertise (restaurants and cannabis), we provide a pathway to employment through our training programs.  

Hospitality Pathways specifically targets populations that would not necessarily have access to this high level of training.

We serve the cannabis, restaurant, travel, and leisure industries by providing the next generation of highly skilled hospitality professionals.
