Cannabis Program

As the cannabis industry expands, we work to find and leverage economic opportunities for the communities that have been disproportionately harmed by cannabis criminalization and inequitable law enforcement.

Specifically, Hospitality Pathways is striving to be in the first wave of trainers to be able to train people for the cannabis retail jobs which will be exploding onto the workforce development landscape over the next year. People who are trained now will be able to be in the forefront and will be more able to establish careers as experts in the field making them more desirable for the industry.

Cannabis curriculum is provided by accredited industry experts, subject matter experts bring their expertise to deep dive into various topics. We combine cannabis knowledge with hospitality skills to develop successful and long-lasting guest interactions. Students are certified in two industry recognized certifications Green Flower Dispensary Associate Certification and Sell-SMaRT Responsible Vendor Certification.
