In the nascent cannabis industry, our students stand at the forefront of innovation and opportunity. Many of our students possess ancillary skills that are in high demand, from artwork to music to social media prowess, making them invaluable assets to employers seeking to make their mark in this burgeoning landscape.

While we don't guarantee job placement, we leave no stone unturned in our efforts to connect our students with prospective employers. Our culminating job fair, held in the final week of class, serves as a powerful nexus of talent and opportunity, where employers eagerly seek to engage with our soon-to-be graduates. The success of these meet-and-greet sessions speaks volumes, with a remarkable 60% of students securing employment within days of graduation. Our graduates quickly ascend the ranks, leveraging their knowledge and hospitality skills to assume leadership positions in dispensaries, many of which are startups hungry for fresh talent and expertise.

We recognize that many underserved individuals face significant barriers that can hinder their ability to focus on training and job search. To address this, we provide stipends, transportation support in the form of weekly unlimited MetroCards, and daily meals. These provisions alleviate financial stress and enable our students to fully engage in our program, increasing their chances of success.
