A Fond Farewell from Hospitality Pathways

After years of dedication, impact, and community building, Hospitality Pathways will be shutting down operations due to the challenges of ongoing funding and support. While this chapter is closing, our story is far from over.

We are incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished together. From training 151 individuals for careers in cannabis retail to preparing 28 graduates for front-of-house roles in hospitality, our alumni are now working—and thriving—in licensed dispensaries, restaurants, hotels, and guest-centered environments across New York. Many have risen into leadership positions, shaping the very industries they entered.

To all our students, partners, brands, trainers, funders and supporters: thank you. Your belief in the power of second chances, workforce readiness, and respectful workplace culture made this possible.

Miss B, the heart behind Hospitality Pathways, is retiring from this work and setting out on a new journey—traveling the world to connect with global hospitality and tourism organizations, sharing her expertise, and continuing to champion inclusive workforce development.

We invite you to celebrate the legacy of Hospitality Pathways by watching the video of our final reunion. Though our doors are closing, the spirit of our mission lives on in every graduate and every guest interaction they lead with care, knowledge, and integrity.
